Makeup artist threatens to sue Kylie Jenner for 'ripping off' her pictures

Kylie Jenner is facing a potential legal battle over her makeup line.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has been accused of ripping off the photos of a rival for her latest advertising campaign.

Vlada Haggerty, a Los Angeles based makeup artist, runs an Instagram filled with photos of women in various poses that accentuate their lips.

However, she recently noticed strikingly similar shots on the official account of Kylie's makeup brand.

According to TMZ, the woman and her photographer are reportedly threatening to file a lawsuit due to the similarity of the images used in Kylie's latest campaign.

It's also been a bad week for Kylie's boyfriend Tyga , who is thought to be facing fresh legal woes himself too.

The rapper was reportedly dealt a fresh legal blow on his birthday - a new lawsuit.

The Rack City star was celebrating turning 27 last week at Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood, when a man appeared and handed over new legal papers.

According to TMZ, the process server was then forcibly removed from the venue.

It is unclear why Tyga has been served, but he has had a string of legal and financial battles over the last year.

In September, it was reported that Tyga's mother was at risk of getting her Range Rover repossessed after the rapper failed to keep up the $1,000-a-month repayments on the $60,000 Evoque model.
